Shipping and Delivery Policy

We try to ship all orders within business days. Tracking numbers, if available, will be automatically e-mailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address supplied by the customer. Packages shipped by Lappyman are not insured against loss or damage. You need to check the parcel/packet while getting the same.

Depending on the availability of the products, a few orders might carry more than 10-12 days to ship. Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product in time.

For the orders planned to be received before a specific event or a festival, where a specific delivery time structure is important, customers are advised to place the order at least 45 days before the expected delivery date. For urgent deliveries kindly contact us before putting the order.

We dispatch the orders through DTDC, DHL, India Post Speed Post or any other feasible courier service. To get the ordered product in time, kindly ensure that your PIN code is mentioned in the address.

Buy Now is our lightning-fast payment feature that allows you to shop faster. When you click on Buy Now, it will use your default shipping address and payment preference or give you the option to set them up as you go. All you need to do is use the ‘Buy Now’ button on a product’s page and enjoy faster shopping.

I PLACED AN ORDER TODAY. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY SHIPMENT?

Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you placed your order. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR DELIVERY?

Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

CAN I RETURN PART OF A PROMOTIONAL PURCHASE, WHERE THE DISCOUNT WAS BASED ON THE TOTAL COST OF MY PURCHASE?

Yes, you can. 

I WAS DISCONNECTED FROM THE INTERNET WHILE MY ORDER WAS BEING PROCESSED. HOW DO I COMPLETE MY ORDER?

That sounds terrible. Fortunately, if a Thank You screen hasn’t been displayed, it means your order hasn’t been processed. Restart the process and try again.
